Katy Rickman was born on May 27, 1971, and is a Health and Wellness Professional based in Los Angeles California. In 1990 Katy fell in love with bodybuilding and it became her mission to change lives, using her infectious passion to transform the minds, bodies, and souls of those she works with. She has placed highly in fitness competitions all around the world and in several federations, which launched her fitness modeling career with multiple international covers and features.

From 2008-2019, Katy was the head coach and co-owner Karma CrossFit in Manhattan Beach California programming for and training athletes both collegiate and professional while still humbly guiding stay-home moms and desk jockeys to better health and fitness. Katy’s experience and knowledge continue to change lives by erasing misconceptions about food, body, and weightlifting.
